Outcrop Silver Hits Bonanza: 1,877 g/t Silver at Colombia’s Morena Vein

Outcrop Silver & Gold has reported an exceptional high-grade discovery at the Morena vein within its Santa Ana project in Colombia.

Drilling at Morena returned a standout intercept grading 1,877 grams of silver per tonne and 4.26 grams of gold per tonne across 0.55 metres (1.8 feet), which equates to approximately 2,197 grams silver equivalent per tonne. This result represents the sixth significant high-grade discovery the company has announced since April 2024.

To date, the Morena vein has been traced for roughly 400 metres along strike and about 300 metres down dip, with a combined drilling length of 2,905 metres completed in the area. The new discovery supplements Santa Ana’s existing resource base of 24.2 million ounces silver equivalent and supports plans for an upcoming resource update.

The high-grade intercept at Morena reinforces the potential of the Santa Ana project, highlighting both the continuity of mineralization and the possibility of expanding contained metal in future resource calculations. Ongoing exploration and additional drilling are expected to further define the extent and grade distribution of the vein system.

These results are significant for investors and stakeholders focused on silver and gold projects in Colombia, as repeated high-grade discoveries can materially influence project economics and accelerate development timelines. The company’s continued success in identifying multiple high-grade zones since April 2024 demonstrates an active and productive exploration program at Santa Ana.
