We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for purchases and security deposits.
If you pay for your precious metals purchase by card, we will charge the full order amount at the time of purchase to lock in the market price. If you cancel the order, you will incur market loss fees for that order, with a minimum charge of 5% of the order value.
For payments made by check, bank wire, or other cash methods, you may be required at checkout to provide a security deposit—typically 5% of the order value—to secure the market price. That deposit is automatically applied to your order balance and is non-refundable if the order is canceled. All orders remain subject to our market loss terms.
