We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for purchases and security deposits.
When you purchase precious metals with a card, we will charge your card for the full order amount at the time of purchase to lock in the market price. If you cancel the order for any reason, a market loss fee will apply; this fee is at least 5% of the order value.
If you pay by check, bank wire, or another cash method, you may be asked during checkout to provide a security deposit—typically 5% of the order value—to secure the market price. That deposit is applied to your order balance and is non‑refundable if the order is canceled. All orders remain subject to our market loss terms.
